All estimates are non-binding and subject to change based on actual job conditions. Final pricing will be communicated before work begins. We offer free on-site estimates for most services.

All workmanship is covered by our satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact us and we will make it right. Manufacturer warranties on parts and equipment are separate and vary by product.
Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.
Certain electrical work requires permits from local building departments. Power Man Electric will obtain permits on your behalf when required. Permit fees are included in the estimate.
You may cancel a scheduled appointment before work begins at no charge. For work in progress, you are responsible for materials used and labor performed up to the point of cancellation.
Power Man Electric Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
